We all know
Nasiruddin Hojja. One day, while strolling along a road, he spotted three
numbers inscribed on a tree. Overcome by a mischievous impulse, he decided to
erase them. But instead of leaving the tree blank, he replaced the erased
numbers with the sums of each number taken with each of the other two. This process resulted in three new
numbers: $24, 27, 29$.
Hojja ended his mischievous
spree, claiming that only a truly intelligent person like him could find the
second number from here. Who in this boundless sea could unravel the mystery?
