Let the altitudes be on sides $a,b,c$ respectively. The area of the triangle, $A= \frac{a+b+c}{2} \times r$ where $r$ is the inradius. Again, $A= \frac{9a}{2}=\frac{12b}{2}=\frac{18c}{2}$.
